We agree, and we’re now taking steps to replace our 0845 number. I didn’t get the answer I needed on why I am not able to make a fund deposit to my account. Although the chat assistant, Krtin, did all he could to assist, my query was left unanswered. Instead, I was asked to forward some images to the Finance department to perform some manual entries to try and resolve my issue.
